Qiddiya Investment Company launches initiative to strengthen Saudi Arabia's engineering workforce
Saudi Arabia’s Qiddiya Investment
Company (QIC) has launched PlayPath, a strategic mid-career recruitment and
leadership development initiative aimed at strengthening the Kingdom’s
engineering workforce and accelerating the delivery of the ambitious Qiddiya
City project.
The newly introduced program is
designed to attract experienced Saudi engineers into manager-level positions
across a range of critical engineering disciplines, reinforcing QIC’s
commitment to developing national talent while supporting one of the Kingdom’s
largest and most transformative giga-projects.
Unlike traditional graduate
programs, PlayPath focuses on qualified Saudi professionals with established
industry experience, providing them with a structured pathway to leadership.
The initiative complements QIC’s existing early-career development programs by
targeting engineers who have demonstrated technical expertise and leadership
potential.

"PlayPath reflects our
