Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC), a state-owned entity, has received bids for the staff accommodation project in Qiddiya City. The contract, covering more than 105,000 sq. m, will involve the construction of housing for workers in the rapidly developing city. The tender was initially issued in October of the previous year, and QIC is moving forward with plans to expand the city's infrastructure. Notably, the company has already begun the main construction works for its performing arts center at Qiddiya Entertainment City.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the staff accommodation project was attended by Abdullah Aldawood, Managing Director of QIC. The project site is located near the Tuwaiq Mountains in Qiddiya, which is home to numerous large-scale developments.
