Given the scale of the development, the project will incorporate advanced engineering solutions to ensure efficient pedestrian circulation, effective crowd management, integrated utility networks, and sustainable water management while creating a seamless and accessible public environment.
According to Diriyah Company, Heroes’ Park will feature extensive civil infrastructure, landscaped public spaces, utility networks, and modern amenities designed to establish a high-capacity recreational destination for residents and visitors alike.
Once completed, the park is expected to become one of the signature public attractions within the Diriyah Two Development, enhancing quality of life, supporting tourism growth, and contributing to the Kingdom's broader objectives of developing sustainable urban communities.
The contract marks another key milestone in the redevelopment of Diriyah, the historic birthplace of the first Saudi state, into one of the Middle East's leading cultural, tourism, and lifestyle destinations.
Diriyah Company is overseeing the transformation of a 14-square-kilometre area into an integrated mixed-use destination encompassing heritage, hospitality, retail, residential, and commercial developments. The masterplan represents an investment exceeding SAR236 billion (approximately $63 billion).
