The development, covering 14 square kilometers, will include 566,000 square meters of commercial and office spaces, with retail areas making up 5% of the total area.

Haslam emphasized that the retail sector plays a vital role in achieving the project's goals, particularly in drawing visitors and driving commercial activities that benefit other sectors. Several subprojects are currently in progress to support this vision.

Diriyah Co. was established in 2022 as part of PIF's strategy to implement the Diriyah Gate development and transform the historic area into a global cultural hub.
