The final design details of the tower include:

  • Area: 84,000 square meters
  • Height: 130 meters
  • Climbing Wall: The world's highest at 98 meters
  • Running Track: A 250-meter track on the top floor
  • Sports Offered: Over thirty, including ice skating, basketball, football, tennis, and racket sports
  • Location: Prince Salman Road

The tower, set to become Riyadh's most prominent landmark, integrates modernity and tradition in its design. This announcement underscores the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which values human dignity and luxurious living as true wealth.

  • Secure, Wooded Trails: Separate sections for cyclists, horse riders, and pedestrians
  • Sports Facilities: Over 50 different venues
  • Green Space: 4.4 million square meters between Wadi Hanifa and Wadi Al Sulay
  • Investment Sites: 3 million square meters of technical and other investment spaces
