Saudi Arabia is set to establish a training program for workers in Pakistan, focusing on preparing them for roles within NEOM and other forthcoming projects. This initiative comes as part of a broader collaboration between the two nations to boost economic transformation.

The Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development is spearheading efforts to allocate a specialized quota for skilled and semi-skilled Pakistani workers, particularly targeting NEOM and similar ventures.

Efforts are underway to streamline entry procedures for Overseas Employment Promoters (OEPs) into the Saudi sector, involving coordination between the Saudi Embassy in Islamabad, the Consulate General in Karachi, and Pakistani authorities.
