Kerten Hospitality introduces lifestyle hotels in Saudi Arabia’s Abha and NEOM

Kerten Hospitality has revealed its latest ventures in Saudi Arabia, introducing lifestyle hotels in Abha and NEOM. Under the brand umbrella, Abha Asheer, Abha Rooh Resort, and House Residence have been unveiled, adding to the kingdom's burgeoning hospitality landscape.

Set to open its doors in 2025, House Residence promises a multifaceted experience by combining hotel accommodations with residences, offices, and recreational amenities. Nestled within Oxagon, NEOM, the hotel aims to seamlessly integrate into the community, offering flexible stays for both short and long durations. The development will feature 200 serviced apartments, complemented by retail outlets and sports facilities.

Meanwhile, Cloud7 debuts in Abha with Abha Rooh Resort and The Wellness Hotel Abha. The eco-friendly Abha Rooh Resort caters to environmentally conscious travelers, boasting 70 villas and a farm-to-table dining experience. State-of-the-art business facilities encourage guests to blend work with leisure, emphasizing the emerging trend of 'workcations'.

At the heart of Abha Asheer lies a wellness-centric approach, accentuated by breathtaking mountain vistas. Featuring 89 rooms or villas, the venue offers organic cuisine, two pools, a spa, and a gym, inviting guests to unwind in luxury.

Kerten Hospitality's expansion in Saudi Arabia underscores its commitment to sustainable tourism experiences. The Collective initiative, comprising over 12 projects, aims to redefine hospitality while fostering thriving communities. This vision aligns with the group's recent opening of the boutique hotel Dar Tantora in AlUla in January 2024.
