Marriott signs deal to introduce two luxury hotels in Neom's Trojena

Marriott International has recently entered into an agreement with Neom, the innovative Saudi Arabian urban area, to unveil two high-end properties in Trojena, a picturesque mountain city.

W Hotel Trojena The W Hotel Trojena is expected to offer 236 guestrooms, including 47 luxurious suites, boasting uninterrupted vistas of the surrounding mountains and a pristine freshwater lake. The property's design includes hallmark W brand spaces such as the Living Room, Wet Deck, W Lounge, Away Spa, and Fit fitness center. The hotel will also feature four distinct dining venues and dedicated retail space.

This property will be located in the Lake Village area, designed to deliver exclusive residential, hospitality, and commercial experiences directly on the water's edge. The centerpiece of this 2.8-kilometer architectural wonder is an enchanting forest and waterfront adventures. Lake Village will also house various retail and dining establishments, fresh food and shopping markets, and entertainment zones.

JW Marriott Trojena The ultra-luxurious JW Marriott Hotel will be positioned in The Bow, a futuristic water world that seamlessly merges nature with cutting-edge technology, creating a unique living environment. Immersed within the lake and surrounded by a majestic mountain landscape, the hotel's infrastructure is engineered to withstand the weight and pressure of the surrounding water, while its adaptable spaces will facilitate multi-season use, including an atrium capable of hosting large-scale events.

 

General Hotel Management (GHM) to manage The Chedi Trojena in Neom

 

Plans for the JW Marriott Hotel comprise 500 opulent rooms and suites, an extensive array of entertainment and recreational offerings, including a ballroom, meeting spaces, five dining venues, a fitness club, a kids club, swimming pools, and a spa.

Sindalah Sites In addition to the Trojena pair, Marriott International is also set to introduce several sites on Sindalah Island, another part of the Neom development. These include the 66-room Autograph Collection Sindalah Island Neom and the 70-key The Luxury Collection Sindalah Island I Neom, both scheduled for delivery in Q3 2024.
