NEOM unveils Gulf of Aqaba: A luxurious oasis of futuristic hotels
NEOM, Saudi Arabia's transformative giga-project, has
introduced its latest endeavor – the Gulf of Aqaba. This ambitious project,
part of the larger NEOM development, promises to showcase a series of
cutting-edge hotels, adding to the array of announcements made in recent months
within the $500 billion initiative.
Situated along the coastline of the Red Sea's northern
point, the Gulf of Aqaba development is poised to become a sanctuary for
upscale boutique hotels, featuring prominent names such as the Epicon project,
Siranna, and Leyja. NEOM has also outlined plans for a daring events and
entertainment space known as Utamo, envisioned to host celebrity guests.

Nestled into a mountain along the coastline, Utamo is
designed to be a central hub for music events, exhibitions, and art
activations. Complemented by a selection of high-end restaurants, Utamo will
offer a unique backdrop for unforgettable entertainment experiences.
The venue is meticulously crafted to blend art and architecture
seamlessly. Guests will embark on a journey through an extended garden
promenade, adorned with over 50 species of shrubs, herbs, and flowers,
culminating in the grand hall. The impressive 64-meter high entrance sets the
stage for the immersive experiences awaiting guests within.

signs deal to introduce two luxury hotels in Neom's Trojena
Utamo's developer promises an immersive experience with
advanced audio-visual systems, captivating guests with sensory wonders that
seamlessly integrate them into the performance itself.
The Leyja project, situated in the mountainous area near the
Gulf of Aqaba, comprises three hotels with 40 keys each. The renowned operator,
Habitas, is confirmed for this venture.
Epicon, another facet of the Gulf of Aqaba development, will
serve as a hub for exclusive hotels and restaurants, featuring two towering
structures standing at 225 meters and 275 meters. This segment will host an
ultra-premium hotel with 41 keys and 14 suites, alongside luxury residences.
Marriot
International to establish two properties in Neom’s Trojena
Epicon's resort offerings include 120 rooms and 45 beach
villas, complemented by beach clubs, lounges, and boutique shops, ensuring a
comprehensive and luxurious experience for visitors.
