Hyatt has revealed plans to open two
new luxury hotels in Jaumur, a coastal destination in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. The
properties—Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina—are set to debut in 2027,
adding a combined total of 350 rooms and suites.
Situated along the Gulf of Aqaba,
Jaumur promises a unique fusion of land and sea experiences. The area will
feature a 300-berth marina capable of hosting large yachts, with a striking
cantilever structure serving as its architectural centerpiece.
Javier Águila, Hyatt’s group
president for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, expressed enthusiasm for the
project, stating: "We are thrilled to introduce the Park Hyatt and Andaz
brands to Jaumur, reinforcing NEOM’s focus on sustainable tourism. Saudi Arabia
remains a critical market in our Middle Eastern expansion, and these properties
reflect our commitment to growing our presence in the region."

innovative and creative atmosphere characteristic of the Andaz brand. The hotel
seeks to become a luxury lifestyle destination, emphasizing personalized
