The Diriyah masterplan envisions the city as a cultural and lifestyle tourism hub. Situated northwest of Riyadh’s city center, it encompasses 1 square kilometer and integrates 300 years of history, culture, and heritage with hospitality amenities.

The project will encompass entertainment, retail, educational, business, and residential zones, featuring 38 hotels, over 100 dining establishments, and multiple museums.

Designed in the traditional Najdi architectural style, reminiscent of ancient Saudi villages, the mixed-use urban community will embody a blend of modernity and heritage.
