A 21,000-seat grandstand will anchor
the venue, expandable to 70,000 through event overlays for major race days. A 110-metre

immersive, up-close experience that celebrates skill, tradition, and precision
in racing.
Equine welfare will be a central
focus, with a world-class Equine Hospital offering advanced veterinary
services, including diagnostics, surgery, rehabilitation, and emergency care.
