The racetrack will feature a flexible and distinctive layout, accommodating a wide range of international race formats while providing optimal conditions for elite equine athletes. Facilities include:

  • The region’s first straight-mile turf course
  • A 2,200-metre main turf track
  • A 2,400-metre inner dirt track

A 21,000-seat grandstand will anchor the venue, expandable to 70,000 through event overlays for major race days. A 110-metre parade ring will bring horses and riders closer to spectators, creating an immersive, up-close experience that celebrates skill, tradition, and precision in racing.

Equine welfare will be a central focus, with a world-class Equine Hospital offering advanced veterinary services, including diagnostics, surgery, rehabilitation, and emergency care.
