Knight Frank to provide consultancy services to Saudi Arabia’s Diriyah
Diriyah Company has appointed Knight Frank to provide advisory and
consultancy services for the Media
and Innovation District, a cornerstone of Diriyah’s expansive masterplan.
The collaboration will focus on office space strategy, tenant selection, and
the development of an innovative, future-ready commercial ecosystem designed to
fuel Diriyah’s continued growth.
As the birthplace of the Kingdom and
home to the UNESCO World
Heritage Site of At-Turaif, Diriyah stands as a cultural and economic
pillar of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
The masterplan seamlessly blends heritage preservation with world-class retail,
hospitality, education, and residential offerings. Upon completion, Diriyah is
projected to house more than 100,000 residents and welcome over 50 million
visitors annually by 2030.

Creative Hub
The Media and Innovation District
will serve as a dynamic hub for global media networks, creative agencies, and
innovators, combining next-generation infrastructure with a focus on wellness
and sustainability. The district will encompass over 250,000 sqm of office
space, 450 residential units, 15,000 sqm of retail and dining outlets, and the 325-key
1 Hotel Diriyah—the first 1 Hotels property in the Middle East.
The project will be led by James
Hodgetts, Partner – Occupier Strategy and Solutions, MEA, who brings more than
26 years of international experience, including 12 years in the Middle East.
His expertise in transaction management, workplace transformation, and
corporate real estate advisory will play a key role in defining Diriyah’s
commercial vision.

Knight Frank’s appointment includes
