Four Seasons,
in partnership with Red Sea Global (RSG), has unveiled the Four
Seasons Private Residences Red Sea on Shura
Island, part of RSG’s flagship regenerative tourism destination. The
development will feature 75 exclusive residences, comprising 43 Dune Villas and
32 Waterside Villas, each offering refined living with world-class, personalized
Four Seasons services.
“Bringing our highly sought-after residences to Shura Island marks a major
milestone in our expansion across Saudi Arabia,” said Alejandro Reynal, President
and CEO of Four Seasons. “Together with our partners at Red Sea Global, we are
excited to introduce an unparalleled standard of luxury living in this
extraordinary destination.”
Seaside sophistication at Shura Island
Nestled between the Four Seasons Resort Red Sea at Shura Island and Shura Links,
an 18-hole championship golf course, the villas offer direct access to pristine
beaches and the crystal-clear Red Sea. The architecture, designed by Foster + Partners
with interiors by Goddard Littlefair, ensures seamless integration with the
island’s natural landscape, combining privacy, elegance, and sustainability.

30 million native plants and establish extensive marine protected areas,
reinforcing its commitment to regenerative tourism.
