Four Seasons and Red Sea Global become partners to launch Dune and Waterside Villas on Shura Island

Four Seasons, in partnership with Red Sea Global (RSG), has unveiled the Four Seasons Private Residences Red Sea on Shura Island, part of RSG’s flagship regenerative tourism destination. The development will feature 75 exclusive residences, comprising 43 Dune Villas and 32 Waterside Villas, each offering refined living with world-class, personalized Four Seasons services.

“Bringing our highly sought-after residences to Shura Island marks a major milestone in our expansion across Saudi Arabia,” said Alejandro Reynal, President and CEO of Four Seasons. “Together with our partners at Red Sea Global, we are excited to introduce an unparalleled standard of luxury living in this extraordinary destination.”

Seaside sophistication at Shura Island

Nestled between the Four Seasons Resort Red Sea at Shura Island and Shura Links, an 18-hole championship golf course, the villas offer direct access to pristine beaches and the crystal-clear Red Sea. The architecture, designed by Foster + Partners with interiors by Goddard Littlefair, ensures seamless integration with the island’s natural landscape, combining privacy, elegance, and sustainability.

Each three- to five-bedroom residence, ranging from 414 to 534 square metres (4,467–5,748 sq ft), features expansive terraces, private infinity pools, and natural finishes such as marble and limestone—reflecting the harmony between modern luxury and the surrounding environment.

“Life on Shura Island is more than homeownership; it’s an invitation to live extraordinarily at the heart of the Red Sea,” said Stephen Cheesebrough, Head of Development at Red Sea Global. “Residents will enjoy access to world-class dining, designer boutiques, wellness sanctuaries, and leisure facilities—all powered by sustainability.”

Exclusive lifestyle and amenities

Residents will enjoy privileged access to The Clubhouse at Shura Links, operated by Four Seasons. The venue includes a pool, fitness centre, and restaurant—serving as a vibrant community hub. A dedicated Director of Residences and concierge team will curate bespoke experiences, from private dining and childcare services to golf instruction and water sports.

Every home is managed by Four Seasons’ professional property management team, ensuring peace of mind whether residents are in residence or abroad.

Living sustainably on Shura Island

Sustainability is central to Shura Island’s design. The destination is powered entirely by renewable energy 24/7 and guided by marine spatial planning to protect ecosystems and prevent over-tourism. By 2030, RSG aims to cultivate over 30 million native plants and establish extensive marine protected areas, reinforcing its commitment to regenerative tourism.

Set against the Red Sea’s 200 km stretch of coral reefs, Shura Island offers year-round opportunities for sailing, diving, kayaking, and paddleboarding, making it one of the most exclusive and sustainable island destinations in the world.
