Artists' Program at Diriyah Center
The Saudi Ministry of Culture has unveiled a promising
initiative for budding creatives with the introduction of the 'Emerging New
Media Artists' Program, hosted at the upcoming Diriyah Art Futures (DAF)
center.
This distinctive opportunity is tailored for emerging
artists from both the region and around the world, offering them access to
cutting-edge equipment, a production budget, and diverse learning experiences,
including mentorship from renowned international digital artists.

In collaboration with Diriyah Company, this initiative marks
DAF as the first center in the region exclusively dedicated to New Media Arts.
Positioned in Historical Diriyah, DAF aspires to become a focal point for
creative endeavors and a global cultural landmark, fostering artistic
exploration in various visual disciplines.
The program, developed in partnership with Le Fresnoy —
Studio National des Arts Contemporains in France, spans a year and emphasizes
creative production training.

To qualify for this transformative educational experience,
applicants must be 35 years old or younger, possess a graduate or postgraduate
level of education, and have a background in digital and new media arts.
