Princess Sara bint Mashhour bin Abdulaziz, wife of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, has revealed the launch of the Misk Heritage Museum program, “Asaan,” a cultural institution set to open in Diriyah in the coming years.

Backed by the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk,” the museum aims to establish itself as a global cultural hub dedicated to celebrating Saudi Arabia’s rich heritage. It will play a crucial role in cultural sustainability through a range of exhibitions and educational initiatives.

“Asaan will highlight the Kingdom’s rich history, featuring artifacts, customs, and societal values,” said Princess Sara, who also serves as the chairperson of Asaan. “Our mission is to cultivate a generation that takes pride in its heritage and works to preserve and revitalize it.”

The museum will also include permanent exhibitions, art galleries, an arts courtyard, and “Asaan’s Majlis,” a dedicated space for cultural dialogues, workshops, and discussions. Additionally, it will house conservation laboratories and interactive learning programs, providing visitors with immersive experiences that bring Saudi traditions and history to life.

Princess Sara is a strong advocate for cultural preservation and empowerment, particularly in supporting youth and individuals with disabilities through educational and professional programs.
