Valor Hospitality to open first hotel in Saudi Arabia next year

Valor Hospitality Partners, a global leader in hotel management, has announced the signing of its first lifestyle property in Saudi Arabia—the upscale Hijla Hotel in Abha, located in Aseer province. This new venture, owned by Mr. Mohammed Manaa Almounis, Mr. Samir Muhammad Al Qahtani, and Kayan Almusanada Company, is anticipated to open in the second half of 2025. The project is supported by the Tourism Development Fund (TDF) and marks a significant milestone in Valor’s expansion within the Kingdom, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The Hijla Hotel will feature 151 luxurious rooms, designed to reflect the rich cultural heritage of the Aseer region. Situated within the “Le Premier” development, the hotel will also include upscale retail shops, cafes, and restaurants. Guests will enjoy unique dining experiences, including a rooftop restaurant offering stunning panoramic views. Additional amenities will comprise a wellness center, convention spaces, and an enclosed swimming pool.

Mr. Mohammed Manaa Almounis expressed enthusiasm for partnering with Valor Hospitality, emphasizing the hotel's potential to become a top destination. Meanwhile, Mr. Samir Muhammad Al Qahtani underscored the crucial support from the TDF and the hotel’s alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to enhance tourism in the Kingdom.
