Atelier House Hospitality appointed to run F&B Operations in NEOM’s Sindalah Yacht Club

Atelier House Hospitality has been appointed to manage the food and beverage operations at Sindalah Yacht Club in NEOM, set to open later this year. The venue will include a terrace pool, a lounge, and a fine-dining restaurant helmed by renowned Italian chef Enrico Bartolini, whose restaurants collectively hold 13 Michelin stars. Bartolini’s restaurant, led by Atelier House Hospitality’s Panchali Mahendra, will offer an exquisite dining experience at the luxurious yacht club.

Bartolini, celebrated for his acclaimed establishments like Ristorante Enrico Bartolini in Milan, Villa Elena in Bergamo, and Glam in Venice, brings his signature culinary expertise to NEOM. The Sindalah Yacht Club has been designed in collaboration with esteemed Italian designer Stefano Ricci and spans 1,800 square meters on NEOM’s first island. This sophisticated venue will serve as a central attraction for yacht enthusiasts and leisure travelers alike, providing direct access to the scenic Red Sea.

Ricci sees the project as a visionary undertaking, likening NEOM to Florence during the Renaissance. “I joined the Sindalah Yacht Club project because I believe that NEOM is a forward-thinking endeavor, much like Florence once was,” Ricci said. “This project is a leap into the future that aligns with our mission. As a Florentine designer, I have aimed to infuse a fine stylistic balance that ideally connects these two worlds.”

The yacht club’s interiors reflect Ricci’s dedication to Italian craftsmanship and natural materials, featuring white Carrara marble and briar-root wood surfaces. A signature color, Sindalah Blue, has been developed specifically for the project to evoke the Red Sea’s essence, becoming a key element of the club’s design.

Additional design touches from Antico Setificio Fiorentino, a historic Florentine workshop, add an authentic layer of Italian elegance to the space. Ricci envisions NEOM as a contemporary Renaissance, blending modern innovation with timeless artistry to create a unique destination.
