Red Sea Global, a leading real estate development company, is spearheading sustainable development initiatives with a focus on integrating electric vehicles (EVs) into Saudi Arabia's landscape, powered by solar energy, hydrogen, and electric transport.

As one of the largest integrated development firms in the Middle East, Red Sea Global envisions becoming the world's largest by developing multiple destinations along Saudi Arabia's west coast, surrounded by natural wonders like turtles and mangroves.

By 2030, upon full completion, the Red Sea destination will boast 50 hotels spread across islands and inland sites, complemented by luxury marinas, golf courses, entertainment venues, and leisure facilities.

Sustainability lies at the core of Red Sea Global's ethos, with only 22 of over 90 islands in the Red Sea destination being developed, while nine  islands are designated conservation areas, limiting development to  accommodate a maximum of one million visitors annually.

Aligned with Vision 2030, Red Sea Global contributes to Saudi Arabia's economic diversification by creating jobs in the tourism sector, nurturing local talent, and fostering future leaders.

The company's commitment to sustainability extends to its development strategies, such as prefabricated construction methods and careful site selection to minimize environmental impact.

Red Sea Global aims not only for sustainability but also for a regenerative impact on the environment, striving to deliver a net conservation benefit of 30% to local ecosystems by 2040.
