Saudi companies sign MoU to work on integrated logistics solutions  

Bahri Logistics and Red Sea Global have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand their existing partnership and explore new integrated logistics opportunities in Saudi Arabia.

The agreement provides a framework for long-term cooperation aimed at supporting Red Sea Global’s evolving operational and project requirements in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Under the MoU, the two organisations will explore integrated logistics solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and support the development of Red Sea Global’s regenerative tourism destinations.

Bahri Logistics Vice President Mohammed Alsinan said the agreement would strengthen the company’s role as a strategic logistics partner and help develop solutions that create long-term value for both organisations.

Red Sea Global Group Chief Environment and Sustainability Officer Raed Albasseet said efficient and resilient logistics were essential to developing and operating tourism destinations at scale.

The MoU was signed during the launch of the Bahri Logistics Bonded Zone at Jeddah Islamic Port.

The new facility provides bonded storage, customs facilitation and value-added logistics services, supporting more efficient movement, storage and processing of goods.

The agreement also supports Saudi Arabia’s National Transport and Logistics Strategy by contributing to the development of advanced logistics infrastructure, facilitating trade and strengthening supply chain resilience.
