ROSHN Group and Agility to build a massive logistics park in Saudi Arabia

ROSHN Group, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading real estate developers, has signed heads of terms with Agility Logistics Parks (ALP) to establish a joint venture for the development of a large-scale logistics park in the Kingdom.

The agreement was formalized on the sidelines of the PIF Private Sector Forum in Riyadh, with the signing conducted by Sabah Barakat, Acting Group CEO of ROSHN Group, and Tarek Sultan, Chairman of Agility.

Strengthening Saudi logistics infrastructure

Under the proposed joint venture, the partners plan to develop a logistics park spanning approximately 1 to 1.5 million square meters on a strategically located site yet to be disclosed. The project is expected to offer direct access to one of the Kingdom’s primary gateways and national logistics corridors.

Designed to enhance warehousing capacity, distribution networks, and multimodal cargo movement, the development will support domestic industrial expansion while facilitating international trade flows. The initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s broader economic diversification strategy and ambitions to reinforce its position as a global logistics hub.
