Red Sea Global’s AMAALA Triple Bay to offer luxury at another level
Red Sea Global (RSG) has announced the upcoming opening of AMAALA Triple Bay, a luxury coastal destination on Saudi Arabia’s northwest Red Sea shoreline. The development will debut with six resorts, a yacht club, a marine life institute, a marina, and the Marina Village, all connected by a 5-kilometer “Wellness Route” linear park.
Phase One Resorts
The first phase introduces several world-class resorts:
- Equinox Resort and Residences will feature 128 guest rooms, suites, and penthouses, along with 21 branded residences. The property emphasizes health and recovery, offering a magnesium vitality pool, spa grotto, hyperbaric chambers, and an Equinox Fitness Club.
- Four Seasons Resort and Residences at Triple Bay will provide 202 rooms and 25 residences, six dining venues, and a Kids For All Seasons program.
- Nammos Resort and Residences will include 110 rooms and 20 apartments, alongside the Ilios Bar and Nammos Restaurant.
- Rosewood Resort will comprise 110 rooms and suites plus 26 private residences, divided into zones for families, couples, and wellness travelers. Its Asaya Spa will offer holistic treatments and wellness programs.
- Six Senses AMAALA will feature 100 pool suites and villas, 25 branded residences, and a 3,000-square-meter spa dedicated to personalized wellness journeys.

Yachting and marine attractions
At the heart of the destination, the AMAALA Yacht Club is
poised to become a leading yachting hub, set to host events including the 2027
Grand Finale of The Ocean Race.
The club will also house a sailing academy. Additional highlights include Corallium,
a marine life exhibition, and the AMAALA Hotel within the Staff Village,
featuring 144 rooms and multiple dining options.
Economic and environmental impact
Aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, AMAALA aims to
create 50,000 jobs and contribute SAR 11 billion (USD 3 billion) to the
national GDP. Red Sea Global has invested SAR 51.04 billion in Phase One, which
will ultimately encompass nine resorts and more than 1,600 rooms. Future
additions include the Clinique La Prairie Health Resort, Jayasom Wellness
Resort, and The Ritz-Carlton Resort.
Committed to regenerative tourism, AMAALA targets a 30% net
conservation benefit by 2040. The project will operate on 100% renewable energy,
cutting annual carbon emissions by approximately 350,000 tCO₂e. When complete,
the destination is expected to welcome up to 500,000 visitors annually.

Access and connectivity
Visitors will reach AMAALA via Red Sea International Airport,
with direct flights from Doha, Dubai, Jeddah, and Riyadh. A European route is
planned soon, while AlWajh Airport will reopen in 2026 after upgrades to
enhance regional access.
