Wellness at its core

AMAALA’s collection of resorts embodies diverse approaches to well-being:

Clinique La Prairie AMAALA offers longevity-focused medical programs based on over 90 years of expertise, featuring diagnostics, detox, and cognitive health therapies in a serene retreat designed by John Heah.

Jayasom Wellness Resort AMAALA merges Western medicine and Eastern traditions, with hydrotherapy suites, holistic studios, and family-friendly wellness programs.

Six Senses AMAALA features a 3,000 sqm spa, cryotherapy chambers, and a longevity clinic, anchored in the brand’s principles of movement, sleep, and sustainability.

Equinox Resort AMAALA emphasizes performance and recovery, offering a magnesium rooftop pool, spa pavilion, and direct access to the wellness trail.

Four Seasons AMAALA presents an Organic Spa Garden set amid cascading landscapes with halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced therapeutic treatments.

A unique natural setting

Nestled between mountains, wadis, and the sea, AMAALA benefits from a distinctive microclimate created by cool sea breezes and dry mountain air, making it ideal for year-round outdoor activity. Spanning 300 hectares, the terrain offers trails for hiking and horse riding through canyons and mangroves, alongside waters home to dolphins, reef sharks, and nesting green turtles.

Architecture in harmony with nature

Designs across AMAALA promote serenity, natural light, and a deep connection with the landscape:

The Ritz-Carlton AMAALA is set among preserved dunes with shaded promenades and panoramic Red Sea views.

Rosewood AMAALA, by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, blends recreation with calm, centered around the Asaya Spa’s private pavilions.

Nammos Resort AMAALA, by Foster + Partners, fuses traditional Hijazi forms with Cycladic elegance to create light-filled, breezy interiors.

Family-friendly wellness

Resorts such as Jayasom, Six Senses, and Four Seasons AMAALA will feature wellness programs for all ages, including marine discovery, equine therapy, snorkeling, creative workshops, and guided nature hikes.

Marine discovery and stewardship

The Corallium Institute, designed by Foster + Partners, will serve as both a marine research hub and visitor center, featuring ten discovery zones and one of the world’s largest man-made reefs. Guests can explore marine science labs, snorkel among rare species, and engage with ocean conservation. The AMAALA Yacht Club will offer 116 berths and host major global sailing events, including the 2027 Ocean Race Grand Finale.

A vision of scale and sustainability

Spanning over 4,000 square kilometers, AMAALA is built around a 100% renewable energy model, preventing nearly 500,000 tons of CO₂ emissions annually. Developed by Red Sea Global, a Public Investment Fund company, AMAALA joins a growing portfolio that includes The Red Sea (opened 2023) and Thuwal Private Retreat (opened 2024). Phase One of AMAALA will debut in 2025 with eight resorts and 1,470 keys, setting a new benchmark for sustainable luxury travel.
