Saudi Arabia: Red Sea Global provide training to over 1,000 Saudi youth in hospitality
Red Sea Global (RSG) announced the
graduation of more than 1,000 young Saudi men and women from its comprehensive
education and training programs developed under the “Red Sea Global Education
Framework.” The initiative represents a pioneering national model designed to
prepare future leaders for Saudi Arabia’s hospitality, tourism, and
regenerative development sectors.
According to RSG, the framework
offers an integrated and scalable educational model that merges international
academic excellence with Saudi cultural identity and market-ready skills. The two-and-a-half-year
program takes students through a structured learning journey—from English
language foundations to internationally accredited vocational training and
hands-on field experience—culminating in guaranteed employment opportunities
across RSG destinations.

Ahmed Ghazi Darwish,
RSG’s Chief Administrative Officer and official spokesperson, said:
“At Red Sea Global, we believe true
transformation begins with people. Our education framework goes beyond
traditional training—it equips Saudi youth with technical expertise,
confidence, and a global outlook. As we celebrate the graduation of over a thousand
students, we are witnessing the emergence of a new generation ready to drive
national transformation and realize the ambitions of Vision 2030.”
Developed in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF),
the Technical and
Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), and several private sector partners,
the framework aligns with Saudi Arabia’s localization goals while maintaining
global quality standards.
HRDF Director General Turki Al-Jawini
highlighted the program’s significance, stating:
“Our partnership with Red Sea Global
exemplifies the power of public-private collaboration in achieving Vision 2030
objectives. By investing in structured training, practical experience, and
clear career pathways, we are empowering Saudi youth to become the cornerstone
of the Kingdom’s future workforce.”
RSG’s partnerships with international
hotel brands and specialized institutions such as Bunyan Academy further
enhance the competitiveness of its graduates, combining Saudi authenticity with
global excellence.
