Diriyah Company playing key role in local talent development
Diriyah Company has launched the fifth edition of its Graduate Development Program, aimed at enhancing the skills of young local talent. This initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 by focusing on both personal and professional growth, while connecting participants to Diriyah's core values. The program is designed for recent bachelor’s and master’s graduates with less than one year of work experience.
The program offers a unique educational
experience, enriched through partnerships with leading experts and management
institutes. Participants will develop both technical and behavioral skills,
preparing them for successful careers in a dynamic work environment. This
initiative is in line with Diriyah’s strategy to empower the local community
and contribute to the Kingdom’s broader transformation.

A key component of the Diriyah Graduate
Development Program is its comprehensive development approach. Participants
will receive competitive monthly stipends, housing and transportation
allowances, health insurance, and social insurance registration. They will also
have opportunities for secondments with top consulting firms, international
training at prestigious institutions, and paid annual leave.
Since its launch, the program has attracted
nearly 30,000 applications across its four editions, benefiting 101 graduates.
Participants gain hands-on experience by rotating through essential departments
such as finance, marketing, human resources, legal affairs, and governance.
They also receive specialized training in high-demand areas like data
management, cybersecurity, and risk management.

The fifth edition of the program highlights
Diriyah Company’s commitment to Saudi Vision 2030 and its ambition to position
Diriyah as a global hub for heritage and culture. The Diriyah development
includes offices, cultural venues, sports facilities, luxury hotels, historical
sites, museums, and educational centers. Registration for the program is open
until April 13.
This
initiative reflects Diriyah’s ongoing investment in the future of its
community, nurturing future leaders and contributing to the Kingdom's growth.
