The Diriyah Company has awarded a
SAR 8 billion construction contract to Al Bawani Co. Ltd. and Urbacon Saudi Co.
to develop four high-end hotels and the Royal Diriyah Equestrian & Polo
Club within the Wadi Safar Masterplan. This development is part of the broader
Diriyah Gate megaproject, which includes 42 hotels across the region.

Featuring 80 rooms and 37 branded residences, Aman’s property will offer panoramic views of the surrounding escarpments and valleys, along with premium spa and dining experiences. - The Chedi
Designed to overlook a signature golf course, The Chedi will include 85 rooms and 20 branded residences, blending luxury with expansive natural vistas. - Faena Hotel
With 130 rooms and 20 branded villas, Faena will provide direct views of a 27-hole championship golf course and the polo club, offering an immersive luxury experience. - Six Senses Wadi Safar
Nestled on a hilltop and designed in traditional Najdi-style architecture, this resort will include 92 guest rooms across five clusters, combining cultural heritage with elevated comfort.

The development will also feature
the prestigious Royal Diriyah Equestrian & Polo Club. It will include
stabling for 180 horses, two polo fields, a pro shop, VIP lounge, restaurant,
and training facilities, underscoring the region’s emergence as a global
destination for elite sports and recreation.
