New luxury residences unveiled at The Red Sea
Miraval Resorts & Spas, the acclaimed leader
in transformative wellbeing and luxury hospitality, has unveiled Miraval The
Red Sea Residences, an exclusive collection of 20 beachfront villas set to open
alongside Miraval The Red Sea in late 2025. This marks the brand’s official
entry into the Middle East and its first international full-service,
adults-only (18+) resort.
Developed in partnership with Red Sea Global,
the visionary behind Saudi Arabia’s regenerative tourism ambitions, the
residences are designed for those seeking purposeful living, personalized
wellbeing, and seamless luxury on the pristine shores of Shura Island.
An
Intentional Lifestyle by the Red Sea
Set within a protected white-sand cove
bordered by mangroves, the Miraval The Red Sea Residences are thoughtfully
designed to blend into the natural environment. The villas, ranging from one to
four bedrooms and up to 5,000+ square feet, are fully furnished and include
expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces, private pools, and panoramic views of
the beach, sea, and sky.
Foster + Partners led the architectural
design, ensuring the villas rest naturally along the shoreline “as lightly as
driftwood,” while interiors by Rockwell Group draw inspiration from the local
landscape, infusing each home with understated elegance and organic luxury.

The Red Sea: A Landmark Destination
Complementing the 20 private residences, Miraval
The Red Sea will feature 160 guestrooms and suites integrated into Shura
Island’s untouched landscape. At the heart of the resort is the Life in Balance
Spa, a 40,000-square-foot sanctuary with 39 indoor and outdoor treatment
rooms—making it the largest spa on the island.
Miraval The Red Sea is a cornerstone of The
Red Sea Project, one of the world’s most ambitious regenerative tourism
initiatives. The development spans over 10,800 square miles of ecologically
diverse terrain, including 124 miles of unspoiled coastline, more than 90
islands, volcanoes, mountains, deserts, and rare wildlife. Residents will enjoy
convenient access to their homes via Red Sea International Airport, a dedicated
gateway to the destination.
