Saudi Arabia: Greek luxury brand to launch first international resort at AMAALA
Red Sea Global has announced the upcoming debut of Nammos Resort AMAALA, marking the Greek luxury brand’s first international expansion and a major milestone for Saudi Arabia’s premium tourism landscape.
Set within the stunning Triple Bay
area of AMAALA, the new resort blends Mykonian charm with Hijazi heritage,
bringing Nammos’ signature Cycladic hospitality to the shores of the Red Sea.
With sweeping ocean views and a location nestled between the AMAALA Marina and Hijaz
Cove, the resort is expected to welcome guests later this year.

The resort will feature 110
ocean-view rooms and 20 exclusive branded residences, along with world-class
amenities including a luxury spa, fitness center, and Children’s Club. Guests
will also enjoy a curated culinary experience across four dining venues:
- Horizon Bar
– perfect for Red Sea sunsets
- Nammos Restaurant
– a taste of Mykonos on Saudi shores
- Nalu Restaurant
– blending Latin American and Asian flavors
- Omnia Restaurant
– offering global cuisine with rotating guest chefs
A standout feature is Nammos
Restaurant AMAALA, located on the secluded Hijaz Island, accessible only by
boat. This private dining destination features luxury cabanas and an infinity
pool that appears to float over the sea, offering unmatched sunset views and
exclusivity.
Architecturally, the resort is a
cultural fusion. Designed by Foster + Partners, the building pays homage to
traditional Hijazi architecture, while the interiors—crafted by Lazaro Rosa
Violan Studio and Elastic Architects—draw on the breezy elegance of Mykonos.
Expect Terrazzo flooring, textured walls, arched forms, and a serene palette of
aquamarine, white, and gold.
