Jasara gets contract to oversee delivery of key precincts within Grand Avenue development in Diriyah

Management Company has been awarded a major project and construction
management contract by Diriyah
Company to oversee the delivery of key precincts within the landmark Grand
Avenue development, reinforcing its role in one of Saudi Arabia’s most
ambitious heritage-led urban transformation projects.
The agreement marks another significant milestone in the
second phase of Diriyah’s masterplan, a flagship development that is reshaping
the historic birthplace of the Kingdom into a globally recognized destination
for culture, tourism, hospitality, and lifestyle. The project supports the
objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by promoting economic diversification,
preserving cultural heritage, and enhancing quality of life.
Under the contract, Jasara will provide integrated
project management, construction management, and cost management services
across the northwest, southwest, and southeast precincts of Grand Avenue. The
company will oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring the development
is completed to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and operational
excellence.

planning, project controls, cost and contract management, and construction
