The program reflects RSG’s commitment to empowering local communities and nurturing Saudi talent through its regenerative approach.

The training will be offered through Oracle’s Mostaqbali learning platform, powered by Oracle University. This free educational program aims to equip Saudi citizens with essential IT skills for high-demand tech roles. Given the importance of Oracle technologies in RSG’s luxury resorts and hotels, the program also boosts students' employment prospects within RSG’s expanding tourism sector.
