Saudi Arabia's Qiddiya developing at a fast pace
The Qiddiya Development, the developmental branch of Qiddiya
Investment, has announced the early completion of the first part of its new
office complex.
Qiddiya Development is responsible for designing and
operating the largest entertainment complex for sports, arts, and entertainment
in the region.
This milestone is among several achievements in 2019,
including unveiling the project's general plan, launching the "Six Flags
Qiddiya" design, and beginning the first construction phase.
The new office complex, spanning 21,000 square meters, will
accommodate approximately 150 employees working on the first phase of Qiddiya,
scheduled for completion in 2023.

Developed by Dubox, a subsidiary of Amana, the office
complex is located near the Qiddiya visitors’ center. It will be the first set
of offices at the site, destined to become the capital of entertainment,
sports, and arts in Saudi Arabia. The complex features a backyard with outdoor
seating, shaded parking, and various service facilities.
The interior design of the offices, inspired by the cultural
and creative spirit of the company's main offices in Riyadh, was overseen by Saudi
artists Sarah al-Juhani and Nou Ghamshi. The office was officially inaugurated
on December 11, with 12 Qiddiya employees honored for their contributions to
the complex's establishment.
Kareem Shamma, Chief Development Officer of Qiddiya
Investment, emphasized the significance of the new offices, noting that they
reflect the cultural and creative spirit of Qiddiya. He highlighted that the
offices provide a distinctive work environment that enables employees to
effectively prepare for the launch of the project's first phase.

"We are proud of our leadership in providing an ideal
working environment and opening the new office ahead of time," Shamma
said.
Employees will gradually transition from the company’s
headquarters in Riyadh to the new complex to ensure a smooth move.
The first set of offices is situated on the lower side of
Qiddiya, with a second complex planned for the upper side, scheduled to open in
August 2020.
