Aramco Digital, LTIMindtree join forces to launch IT firm in Saudi Arabia
Aramco Digital, the
digital and technology arm of Aramco, has joined forces with LTIMindtree to
launch an IT services company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Under the Aramco Namaat
Industrial Investments Program, the joint venture aims to expedite digital
transformation and offer IT services across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
LTIMindtree has
acquired a majority stake of 51% in the joint venture, partnering with Aramco
Digital, a subsidiary of Saudi Aramco.

The forthcoming company
will demonstrate innovation through disruptive digital services and
transformative integration of industry 4.0 systems. This collaboration is
anticipated to contribute to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 by generating skilled

Senior Vice President of Digital and Information Technology and a board member
