Aramco Digital, LTIMindtree join forces to launch IT firm in Saudi Arabia

Aramco Digital, the digital and technology arm of Aramco, has joined forces with LTIMindtree to launch an IT services company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Under the Aramco Namaat Industrial Investments Program, the joint venture aims to expedite digital transformation and offer IT services across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.

LTIMindtree has acquired a majority stake of 51% in the joint venture, partnering with Aramco Digital, a subsidiary of Saudi Aramco.

The forthcoming company will demonstrate innovation through disruptive digital services and transformative integration of industry 4.0 systems. This collaboration is anticipated to contribute to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 by generating skilled employment opportunities for Saudis within the sector.

Nabil Al Nuaim, Aramco Senior Vice President of Digital and Information Technology and a board member of Aramco Digital, stated, "This partnership is crucial to harnessing the potential of digital transformation and unlocking unprecedented opportunities for innovation and sustainability in the region. The joint venture aims to promote the localization of vital IT services, create valuable employment opportunities, and pave the way for a brighter future in the Kingdom."
