for guests seeking outdoor activities. The resort will offer trekking, mountain
biking, and rock climbing. For those inclined towards wellness, Zardun will

Spanning an expansive four square kilometers, Zardun will be
adorned with indigenous flora and fauna. Additionally, guests can engage in

Neom envisions creating oases within Zardun to support
diverse habitats. These life-sustaining water sources will play a pivotal role
in reintroducing and nurturing native animals, trees, and plant species, as per
Neom's plans.
Highlighting its commitment to environmental preservation,
Zardun, along the Gulf of Aqaba, will support a thriving ecosystem, including
the conservation of coral reefs and marine life. Neom's portfolio in the Gulf
of Aqaba already includes sites like Aquellum, Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo,
Norlana, and additional projects such as Sindalah luxury island, The Line
zero-carbon city, Oxagon floating port city, and the Trojena ski resort as part
of the larger giga-project.
