World’s fastest roller coaster, Falcon’s Flight, to unveil next year in Saudi Arabia

Next year, Six Flags Qiddiya in Saudi Arabia will unveil Falcon’s Flight, the world's tallest and fastest rollercoaster, with an anticipated top speed of 156mph.

This groundbreaking coaster, categorized as the world's first "Exa Coaster" due to its height exceeding 600 feet and a staggering 640ft drop, is set to open at Six Flags Qiddiya. Surpassing the London Eye in height, Falcon’s Flight will also hold the record as the longest rollercoaster, covering an impressive 2.64 miles, and will traverse over 13,000 feet of track, outdoing the current record holder, Steel Dragon 2000 at Japan’s Nagashima Spa Land.

Qiddiya: Saudi Crown Prince's vision for the next global entertainment marvel

The rollercoaster, featuring six trains accommodating 14 people each, boasts a unique design with windshields for each row, eliminating the need for goggles. The "Skills Dukkan" will host over 50 interactive workshops, offering attendees hands-on learning experiences and networking opportunities with key industry players.

The exhilarating simulation of Falcon’s Flight has garnered excitement from fans worldwide, showcasing twists and turns over 13,000ft of track, including a daring descent off a cliff. While some express enthusiasm for the coaster's unprecedented height, speed, and airtime, others approach it with caution, questioning its potential as a standout rollercoaster experience.
