Introduction to the Collaboration: Our Habitas has entered into an exciting collaboration with NEOM to introduce three distinctive hotel properties within the dynamic NEOM development along the Red Sea. These hotels will be located in Leyja, NEOM's latest sustainable tourism destination in the northwest of Saudi Arabia. The Our Habitas hotels will offer an extraordinary experience for guests looking to embark on adventures, connect with nature, and explore innovative wellness practices in a serene and sustainable environment.

 

NEOM introduces Leyja: A novel sustainable tourism haven

 

Architectural Marvels: These hotels, designed by world-leading architects, will feature a total of 120 rooms and suites, distributed equally among the three properties. Each hotel will offer unique experiences while guiding guests on an integrated journey of personal transformation through disconnection and reconnection with nature.

Leyja's Natural Beauty: Leyja is a luxury eco-tourism vision brought to life within a natural wadi, nestled amidst 400-meter-high mountains shaped over centuries by the forces of nature and water. Guests at Leyja will journey from the Gulf of Aqaba coast to each property, taking in the awe-inspiring landscape. The first property is approximately 2.8 kilometers from the entrance.
