NEOM has unveiled its latest tourism jewel, Leyja, reinforcing Saudi Arabia's commitment to ecotourism and sustainable development.

Leyja extends from the serene Gulf of Aqaba coastline, meandering inland to shape a natural valley nestled between towering mountains that reach heights of 400 meters.

In harmony with NEOM's strategy of dedicating the majority of its land to nature reserves across its various destinations and cities, Leyja sets aside 95 percent of its expanse for preservation, combining innovative ecological design and construction techniques to seamlessly integrate with the natural landscape.

This extraordinary destination will showcase three hotels, meticulously designed by architects to harmonize with the surrounding environment, operate sustainably, and offer truly distinctive experiences.

Key Highlights of the Three Hotels in NEOM's Leyja

The first property is custom-made for adventure enthusiasts. Its deconstructed design gracefully ascends the wadi's walls, resembling a staircase, without disrupting the natural contours of the terrain. Its unique location, nestled within the cliff tops and valley sides, caters to those seeking rock climbing and high-octane experiences in the area.

The second property rises from the rocky landscape to occupy a prominent position at the heart of the wadi's largest oasis, serving as a gateway for visitors looking to explore the valley further.
