unveils second edition of Neom Beach Games
NEOM, Saudi Arabia's
ambitious $500 billion futuristic city, has unveiled the highly anticipated
second edition of the NEOM Beach Games, set to showcase an array of sports
events featuring over 800 athletes from around the world.
Scheduled to kick off
on October 21, this year's NEOM Beach Games will encompass a diverse range of
sporting competitions, including the Super League Triathlon NEOM, NEOM Beach
Soccer Cup, NEOM FIBA 3x3 Challenger 2023, NEOM Titan Desert Saudi Arabia, and
the NEOM IFSC (International Federation of Sport Climbing) Masters.

Super League Triathlon

The action-packed
festivities commence with the thrilling finale of the Super League Triathlon
NEOM on October 21, followed by the exciting NEOM Beach Soccer Cup.
Subsequently, a three-day international NEOM FIBA 3x3 Challenger basketball
competition will captivate audiences.
Returning for the
second time, the NEOM Titan Desert Saudi Arabia desert mountain bike race will
unfold from November 14, featuring 230 skilled male and female riders, tackling
a challenging four-stage event spanning 80-120 kilometers per stage.
The NEOM Beach Games
will culminate with the prestigious NEOM IFSC Masters, an international sport
climbing event, featuring world champions and Olympians, from November 22-24.

Jan Paterson, the
Managing Director of Sport at NEOM, expressed enthusiasm about this year's
event, particularly the inclusion of the International Federation of Sport
Climbing, which aligns with NEOM's mission to foster a high-performance culture
and inspire future generations of athletes across the Kingdom.
Furthermore, the 2023
NEOM Beach Games will introduce the NEOM Beach Games Volunteers Program. This
initiative will involve 50 dedicated volunteers from the NEOM community, aged
18 and above, working diligently to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience
for all visitors and athletes.
