Saudi-based Ladun Investment Co, a subsidiary of which is Built Aluminum Factory (Bafco), has announced the signing of a significant contract for the implementation of aluminum and facade works at the Six Senses – Triple Bay project, developed by Amaala on the Red Sea.

Valued at SAR 24.384 million ($6.5 million), the contract encompasses the creation of facades for villas, hotels, and palaces within the tourist resort, as detailed in a filing with the Saudi Exchange.

The contract is set to span 454 days in duration.

Stretching across a sprawling 1,600 square miles (4,155 square kilometers) of pristine natural reserve, the AMAALA project boasts breathtaking coastal vistas, majestic mountain backdrops, unspoiled white-sand beaches, and untouched coastal reefs.

The Six Senses – Triple Bay project, designed by architects U+A with interiors by Studio Carter, includes 64 rooms, six suites, 30 villas, and 25 branded residences, drawing inspiration from the traditional coastal villages of the region. These structures seamlessly blend with the natural topography and utilize locally sourced materials.

Situated on one of the most dramatic landforms within Amaala's Triple Bay area, they offer sweeping panoramic views extending across Hijaz Cove to the Red Sea.
