Situated along one kilometre of
private beachfront, the resort offers panoramic views of the Red Sea’s
turquoise waters and the lush Shura Links—Saudi Arabia’s first 18-hole island
golf course, designed by Brian Curley. Once complete, Shura Island will feature
11 world-class resorts, marinas, and entertainment venues—central to the
Kingdom’s Vision 2030 ambition
of becoming a global hub for luxury travel.
Developed in partnership with Red
Sea Global (RSG), the visionary developer behind the Red Sea destination,
the property underscores sustainability at every level. Its infrastructure is fully
powered by solar energy, reflecting RSG’s commitment to ecological preservation
alongside exceptional guest experiences.
Guests access the hotel via Red
Sea International Airport, followed by a picturesque desert drive across
Saudi Arabia’s longest internal bridge linking the mainland to Shura Island.
Designed by Rockwell Group, the
resort unfolds as a series of low stone and timber pavilions, housing 240 guest
rooms, including 53 suites, multiple outdoor pools, a luxury spa, and signature
dining venues.

The design draws inspiration from
the region’s natural elements—rock, sand, and sea—with warm rammed earth walls,
natural oak finishes, and coral stone flooring that evoke the textures of the
Saudi landscape. The atmosphere exudes refined simplicity and understated
sophistication, with the lobby serving as a vibrant social hub featuring
expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that invite in the sea breeze.
Culinary innovation takes center
stage at The Red Sea EDITION, where the dining program blends global flavors
with local influences and a focus on wellness-driven cuisine. Seasonal
ingredients and clean, nourishing preparations highlight the revitalizing
spirit of the Red Sea—offering guests a taste of balance, health, and harmony
in a truly transformative setting.
