Riyadh exhibition to showcase growth of tourism in Saudi Arabia
Riyadh is positioning itself as a world-class hub for luxury
tourism, with Cityscape Global 2025
playing a central role in that transformation. The event, scheduled from 17–20
November 2025 at the Riyadh Exhibition &
Convention Centre, is themed “The Future of Urban Living.”
This edition of Cityscape Global is especially ambitious:
- It expects to draw over $5 trillion in investment capital.
- More than 450 international exhibitors will take part, along with 500 speakers, four conferences, and two VIP programmes focused on institutional investors and global developers.
- There will also be a major focus on sports and mega-events: ESTAAD, Saudi Arabia’s first platform dedicated to stadiums, sports, and entertainment infrastructure, will run alongside the event.
The event is backed by key Saudi institutions — including
the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing
(MOMAH) and the Real Estate General Authority
(REGA) — and aligns with Vision 2030,
the Kingdom’s roadmap for economic diversification.

Cityscape Global 2025 is expected to convene more than 172,000
participants, ranging from developers and architects to technology providers
and policy makers.
Among the major development players participating are
well-known Saudi firms such as Ajdan, Al Basateen, Rafal, and more, who will
present luxurious mixed-use, residential, and entertainment projects.
According to Minister
Majed bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Hogail, this edition of Cityscape Global is
an opportunity to forge new partnerships and drive growth in high-value real estate
— building on the success of last year’s luxury residential announcements,
including The Ritz-Carlton Diriyah and Raffles Residences Diriyah.
