Saudi Arabia's AlUla to promote best practices in biodiversity conservation
The Royal Commission for AlUla has
signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Imam Turki bin Abdullah
Royal Nature Reserve Development Authority to enhance cooperation on
environmental and community development initiatives.
The partnership aims to promote best
practices in public development, biodiversity conservation, environmental
sustainability, and community engagement in AlUla, contributing to a robust
national framework for natural resource protection, according to the Saudi
Press Agency.

The MoU emphasizes the exchange of
expertise in biodiversity conservation and social affairs management,
reflecting both organizations’ commitment to local and national development
goals.
It also fosters collaboration among

sustainability and biodiversity protection, aligning with AlUla’s vision and Saudi
Arabia’s Vision 2030.
