Saudi Culture Ministry and
Qiddiya join hands to bring unique experiences to visitors
The Ministry of Culture and Qiddiya
Investment Company have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to advance
cultural collaboration within Qiddiya City, aiming to create immersive
experiences that reflect the richness of Saudi heritage and national identity.
The agreement was formalized in
Riyadh by Vice Minister of Culture Hamed Fayez and Qiddiya Investment Company
Managing Director Abdullah Aldawood. The MoU sets the framework for joint
efforts in the planning, development, and execution of cultural initiatives and
infrastructure throughout Qiddiya City.

Key areas of cooperation include the
integration of cultural elements into the city’s development plans, early-stage
coordination on cultural assets, and joint implementation of projects such as
museums, heritage sites, and culinary exhibitions. The partnership also focuses
on fostering a cohesive cultural narrative that resonates with both local and
international visitors.
“This partnership underscores our
shared vision to position Qiddiya City as a cultural destination that
celebrates the depth and diversity of Saudi heritage,” said Fayez.

The agreement supports Saudi
Arabia’s broader Vision 2030 goals by promoting cultural expression,

Saudi Arabia’s tourism and creative sectors. Through this collaboration, the
Ministry of Culture and Qiddiya Investment Company aim to ensure that culture
remains a central pillar of the city’s identity and development.
