Lazure Hospitality has unveiled its latest dining concept, Akdeniz, a Turkish restaurant bringing authentic Anatolian flavors to NEOM’s Royal Lazure Resort.

Specializing in traditional Turkish fare, Akdeniz offers a refined yet approachable menu featuring classics like Manti, assorted meze, and handmade baklava. All dishes are crafted with locally sourced ingredients using time-honored cooking techniques, emphasizing authenticity and regional flavor.

The restaurant blends modern design with subtle nods to Turkish culinary heritage, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both casual visitors and those seeking a curated dining experience.

“We are thrilled to introduce a taste of Turkey to NEOM,” said Khader Qasem, CEO of Tabuk Investment & Tourism Co. “Akdeniz reflects our dedication to delivering world-class hospitality and an unforgettable cultural experience.”

The launch aligns with Lazure Hospitality’s strategy to expand its footprint across high-growth destinations, particularly in NEOM and the Red Sea region. It also supports Saudi Arabia’s broader vision for tourism and hospitality development.

As the hospitality arm of Tabuk Investment & Tourism Company, Lazure Hospitality continues to grow its portfolio, which includes luxury resorts, four-star hotels, and destination restaurants tailored to both local and international travelers.
