Dubai-based operator to manage private terminal at Red Sea International Airport
Dubai-based Fixed Base Operator (FBO) Jetex has been selected to manage the private aviation terminal at Saudi Arabia’s new Red Sea International Airport (RSI), set to fully open in 2025. This development follows an agreement between Jetex and the airport’s operator, daa International, which also oversees Dublin Airport in Ireland.
Red Sea Global (RSG), the organization driving Saudi Arabia's regenerative
tourism projects including The Red Sea and AMAALA, described the partnership as
a milestone for luxury aviation on the country’s western coast.

Sea International Airport to offer a luxury aviation experience to visitors
RSI’s main terminal, expected to open in mid-2025, features a unique design
of five independent “mini-terminals” arranged as pods. One of these pods,
dedicated to private aviation, will be exclusively operated by Jetex under the
agreement. Jetex, known for its expertise in FBO operations, offers services
such as fueling, ground handling, lifestyle concierge, aircraft charters, and
global trip planning for business jet owners and operators.
A Gateway to Luxury and Sustainability
“With RSI, we aimed to create an airport that marries stunning design,
exceptional experiences, and environmental stewardship,” said John Pagano,
Group CEO of Red Sea Global. “Passengers transiting through RSI will experience
these values firsthand. With Jetex as our private aviation partner, we will
further elevate service levels to reflect the essence of The Red Sea
destination.”
This marks Jetex’s first major venture in Saudi Arabia, secured through a
competitive tender process. The agreement includes fitting out and operating
the newly built private aviation terminal, managing aircraft operations,
providing concierge services, and offering sustainable electric airport
transfers.

strategically positioned to become a hub for luxury and sustainability-focused
tourism.
