Once finished, Amaala will feature eight resorts stretching over 68 kilometers of coastline, offering 4,000 hotel rooms across 30 establishments and 1,200 homes.

The “Wellness Core” area of the development is about 80% complete, including a hotel designed by Foster + Partners. Final touches are being added to the central marina and yacht club, while landscaping work is underway at the Four Seasons hotel in the Triple Bay central zone.

John Pagano, CEO of Red Sea Global, remarked, “We have made remarkable strides in every aspect of Amaala, from our signature resorts and immersive experiences to vital utilities and infrastructure. Our commitment is to integrate sustainability and regenerative principles throughout the project. Once complete, Amaala will offer an exceptional array of assets and experiences designed to enhance wellness, lifestyle, and human connection.”
