Saudi Red Sea Authority imparts training to Saudi youth in luxury tourism
The Saudi Red Sea Authority (SRSA), in collaboration with the Ministry of
Tourism, has unveiled two pioneering initiatives to elevate the skills of human
resources in luxury coastal resorts and travel agencies, ensuring they meet the
highest international standards in luxury coastal tourism services.
The first initiative trained 1,059 participants, including HR personnel and
students from major projects such as Red Sea Global, Cruise Saudi, and NEOM.
This training, part of the second Tourism Trailblazers Program, focused on

The second initiative promoted public and private sector cooperation by
partnering the Ministry with the Authority to identify top talent from luxury
coastal resorts and tourism agencies specializing in luxury cruises. These
professionals underwent an advanced training program on a European cruise ship,
accredited by Plymouth University and facilitated by Dale Carnegie UK, under
the supervision of Umm Al-Qura University.
The program aimed to equip trainees with essential hospitality skills,
emphasizing guest service excellence and managing hospitality operations on
board.

and contribute more than 85 billion SAR to the national GDP.
