Al Jouf Cement to supply $27.7M cement for Neom developments
Al Jouf Cement Co. has signed a contract with Webuild SpA to supply cement
for various NEOM developments. The agreement spans 41 months from the signing
date and allows for the potential increase in quantities supplied.
The company anticipates this deal will positively impact its financial
statements from the third quarter of this year through the contract's duration.

NEOM Giga-Project
Located at the northern tip of the Red Sea, east of Egypt and south of
Jordan, NEOM will feature several groundbreaking projects:
- The Line: A mirrored structure stretching 170
kilometers, standing 500 meters above sea level, and 200 meters wide.
- Trojena: Situated 50 kilometers from the Gulf
of Aqaba coast, this mountainous area covers nearly 60 square kilometers
with elevations ranging from 1,500 to 2,600 meters.
- Jaumur: A new marina and exclusive residential
community planned for over 6,000 residents, featuring 500 marina
apartments and around 700 luxury villas.

Recent Developments
In May, NEOM announced the Jaumur marina project. Earlier this month, NEOM,
in collaboration with American hospitality firm Equinox Hotels, unveiled plans
for a luxury resort in the Magna development. This destination will include 12
locations along 120 kilometers of coastline, with 15 hotels, 1,600 rooms, and
over 2,500 residences.
Additionally, Emirates Steel, part of the Emirates Steel Arkan Group, has
partnered with Eversendai to construct the NEOM Trojena Ski Village, further
highlighting the extensive development and investment in the NEOM region.
