Versatile International extends cooperation with Diriyah Company

Versatile International, the Middle East's pioneering fully integrated stone project management consultancy, is pleased to announce the extension of its partnership with Diriyah Company for an additional three years.

The agreement, inked in Riyadh, solidifies Versatile International's commitment to providing comprehensive natural stone consulting services to the renowned heritage development. Since commencing its collaboration with Diriyah in January 2020, Versatile International has advised on more than 50 assets, encompassing public spaces, cultural centers, luxury hotels, libraries, museums, and residential complexes.

Over the preceding three years, Versatile International has facilitated the procurement of over 600,000 square meters of Riyadh limestone for public areas, along with 250 kilometers of kerb and gutter and over 60,000 cubic meters of limestone for building plinths, in support of DGDA. The company has also provided consultancy services for interiors and facades across more than 50 notable assets at Diriyah, including the Diriyah Visitor Center, the Wadi Safar Sales Center, and the Samhan Heritage Hotel, among others.

In addition to asset-specific advisory, Versatile International is collaborating with Diriyah Company to identify and certify local quarries producing Riyadh limestone, ensuring adherence to stringent quality, health, safety, and environmental standards to supply high-quality materials to Diriyah and other projects nationwide.
