Diriyah Co.'s CEO urges upon Saudi youth to dream big
Diriyah Co.'s CEO, Jerry Inzerillo, lauded Saudi Arabia's
efforts to empower its youth during a workshop at the Human Capability Initiative,
emphasizing leadership and empowerment insights for the future workforce.
In his "What If?" talk at the Riyadh event,
Inzerillo urged young Saudis to dream big, drawing from his own experiences. He
emphasized breaking barriers, stating, "Please dream big. There was
nothing in between you and your dreams that you cannot accomplish."

Inzerillo highlighted the importance of self-esteem and
dignity in leadership, advocating for more inclusive and empowering leadership
models over traditional hierarchical structures.
Praising Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's visionary
leadership, Inzerillo expressed gratitude for the significant support provided
to initiatives like the Human Capability Initiative. He commended the
substantial investment in training and development, remarking on the
unprecedented budget allocated for such purposes.
With a workforce of 2,419 employees, Inzerillo noted that 85
percent are Saudi nationals, with 39 percent being women. He lauded the
contributions of Saudi women, humorously stating, "those 39 percent of my
Saudi women superstars boss me around on a daily basis more than the 61 percent
of the boys."

Impressed by the young Saudi talent present, Inzerillo
likened his excitement to a "thunderbolt of energy," emphasizing the
potential they hold.
Inzerillo concluded with a call to action, urging every

each person is capable of making a meaningful contribution to Saudi Arabia's
future.
