Neom unveils coastal tourism venture, Epicon, along Gulf of Aqaba

NEOM, the visionary force behind Saudi Arabia's futuristic city, has unveiled its latest opulent coastal tourism venture, Epicon, on the shores of the Gulf of Aqaba. This exquisite destination, designed with environmental sensitivity, introduces two magnificent towers, standing at 225 meters and 275 meters, hosting an exclusive 41-key luxury hotel and upscale residences.

Nestled against the backdrop of NEOM's desert landscape, Epicon sets out to redefine the benchmarks of hospitality and architecture. The residential aspect of the project encompasses 14 suites and apartments within the towers, while the Epicon resort, a short distance away, harmoniously blends serenity with indulgence, offering 120 rooms and 45 captivating beachfront villas.
